What to Expect
This service was designed not only to respond quickly to leak calls or small service requests but to be cost effective with standardized fees.
Our technicians are dispatched with the most frequently used materials to make both temporary and permanent repairs. We know your properties and will dispatch with the correct materials.
Repairs that are labor and/or material extensive will be reported back to the manager with a “Further Action Required” report with a scope of work and pricing for approval to proceed.
Permanent and temporary repairs that are made will be reported with before and after pictures and description of the work performed.
Standard Service Process
When taking advantage of our Property Management Program most repairs are diagnosed and completed in the initial visit. This efficient and cost saving program is why so many property and facility managers choose to utilize our services. It is designed to make you our top priority while delivering value and remarkable service to your clients. In short, our job is to make you look good!
We also understand that some clients want to have a firm estimate prior to any work being performed. We are flexible to our clients’ needs and can also provide estimates to be approved. If you choose to take a “provide estimate and approve” approach to leak management, an estimator will be scheduled for their next available appointment. (There could be significant wait during major storm environments) When an estimator is scheduled, he will provide scope of work and pricing to make any required repairs. The minimum estimate will be $475. This method for a relatively small repair is more time consuming and almost more costly than taking advantage of our property management program.
